Are the cars shown guaranteed to be available?
No. The photography represents vehicles that can be requested, not a verified live calendar. Concierge confirms the exact vehicle offered for your dates.
Are the displayed day, week and month rates final?
They are starting rental rates for the listed period, not a guaranteed total. Your written quote identifies the exact car, dates, taxes, delivery, mileage, deposit, protection and any optional services before you decide.
What can change the total rental cost?
Dates, vehicle, rental length, delivery, mileage, applicable taxes, protection terms and approved extras can affect the total. Each item should be disclosed before booking.
Can a car be delivered to a hotel, residence or airport?
Delivery can be requested. Exact coverage, access, timing, meeting point and fees are confirmed for the destination.
What documents will I need?
Expect valid driver and identity documents. Additional requirements depend on the vehicle, renter profile and agreement.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit or authorization may apply. The exact amount, method and release conditions must be confirmed for the vehicle offered.
How many miles are included?
Mileage is vehicle- and agreement-specific. The quote should state included mileage, how it is measured and the overage rate.
Can I add another driver?
A proposed additional driver must be disclosed and accepted under the agreement before driving the vehicle.
Can I extend the rental?
An extension is not automatic. Request it before the scheduled return and wait for written confirmation of availability and revised charges.
What happens if the exact car becomes unavailable?
Concierge should explain the situation and any proposed alternative before changing the reservation. No substitute should be presented as the same car without disclosure.
