By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to submit an inquiry and provide accurate information. Vehicle-specific driver eligibility is reviewed separately.
Inquiries are not reservations
Website inventory, photography and descriptions help visitors evaluate vehicles. They do not represent a live availability calendar. A submitted form, email or conversation is only an inquiry. No vehicle is reserved until LUREVON provides written confirmation and all required agreements, payments and verification steps are completed.
Vehicle and website information
We aim to keep descriptions useful and accurate, but specifications, model year, color, equipment, availability and delivery coverage may change or require confirmation. Manufacturer names and marks identify the vehicles; they do not imply manufacturer sponsorship or affiliation.
Rates, quotes, payments and rental agreement
Published day, week and month amounts are starting rental rates, not a guaranteed all-in total or a live availability promise. A written quote identifies the exact vehicle offered, dates, taxes, delivery, mileage, deposit, protection, optional services and material conditions. The signed rental agreement governs the actual rental and controls if it conflicts with general website content. The public inquiry form does not collect payment.
Permitted website use
Use the site only for lawful personal or business rental research. You may not interfere with site operation, bypass security, submit deceptive information, scrape the site at disruptive volume, copy protected content for commercial use or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The LUREVON name, website design, original copy, code and authorized photography are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the website for its intended purpose.
Third-party services and links
Third-party websites, maps, payment services or communication services may have separate terms and privacy practices. LUREVON is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its control.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LUREVON does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, a particular search ranking or availability of a requested vehicle. To the extent permitted by law, LUREVON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses caused solely by website use. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These website terms are governed by Florida law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights that apply. Any dispute forum or arbitration requirement for an actual rental must appear in the signed rental agreement. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date.
