Controlling documents
The exact written quote, reservation confirmation and signed rental agreement identify the parties, vehicle, dates, authorized drivers, charges and responsibilities. Review those documents before paying or accepting the vehicle.
Eligibility and authorized drivers
Each proposed driver may be required to provide valid license, identity, address, driving-history, insurance or other verification information. Minimum age and experience can vary by vehicle and risk profile. Only a driver expressly accepted in the final agreement may operate the vehicle.
Exact vehicle and availability
A website image is not a live availability promise. LUREVON will identify the exact model offered and disclose any proposed substitution. If circumstances require a change, the renter must approve the revised offer before the reservation proceeds.
Rates, taxes and security authorization
The written quote should itemize the rental rate, applicable taxes, delivery, approved extras, mileage terms and other known charges. Any deposit or card authorization amount, timing and release conditions must be documented for the exact rental.
Insurance and responsibility
Insurance or protection requirements depend on the vehicle and agreement. The renter should understand deductibles, exclusions, loss-of-use responsibilities and what happens after damage, theft or an incident. No website summary extends insurance coverage.
Permitted use
The agreement may restrict additional drivers, geographic area, road type, racing or track use, commercial use, towing, smoking, pets, reckless operation and transport of unlawful items. Ask before booking if the trip involves unusual routes, events, filming or another special use.
Mileage, fuel, tolls and violations
Included mileage, overage calculation, fuel or charging expectations, toll processing, parking charges and traffic violations must be stated or incorporated into the agreement. The renter remains responsible for charges allocated to the rental under the signed terms.
Delivery, inspection and return
Delivery depends on confirmed coverage, access and timing. At handover, the vehicle condition, controls and return plan should be documented. Extensions, late returns or location changes require advance written approval and may create additional charges stated in the agreement.
Cancellation, extensions and incidents
Cancellation and refund rules are quote-specific and should be accepted before payment. If plans change, contact LUREVON promptly. In an accident, theft, warning-light event or breakdown, stop when safe, follow emergency requirements and contact the instructions provided with the vehicle.
