Scope and controller
This policy applies to the LUREVON Exotic Car Rental website and inquiry workflow. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to inquiry@luxmiamicars.com or mailed to 999 Brickell Avenue, Miami, Florida 33131.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide so we can understand and respond to the request. The LUREVON discovery network also records privacy-limited traffic events so the owner can understand which domains and pages help customers.
- Name and email address
- Optional mobile number and reply preference
- Vehicle preference, dates, destination, driver and passenger counts
- Notes you add to the inquiry
- Submission time, consent record and a generated inquiry reference
- Page path, referring domain, campaign labels, device category and anonymous visitor and session identifiers
- Basic request and device data processed by our hosting provider for security and site operation
- The LUREVON analytics database does not store raw IP addresses
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review requested dates and vehicles, communicate about availability and eligibility, prepare a quote, arrange delivery when applicable, protect the website, keep operational records and comply with legal obligations. Submitting the form does not create a reservation.

Information required later
If an inquiry advances toward a rental, LUREVON may request driver-license, identity, insurance, payment or other verification information. Those documents are not requested by the public inquiry form. The exact requirements, processors and terms should be disclosed during the quote and rental-agreement process.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operational records, disputes and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, including secure transport and restricted operational access. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information, or object to certain uses, by emailing inquiry@luxmiamicars.com. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, contractual obligations or legal claims require it.
Children and external links
The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Links to third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own practices, not this policy.
Changes and contact
